About ME

The fitness industry brought me here. 

Remember on the Home page when I told you I was in the fitness industry? I wasn't kidding, I have had a job in every position in the fitness industry except owning a fitness studio. Working in the gym especially as a trainer or a general manager requires hustle. I did both.  

 

We wake up early and we stay late, to get stuff done. I'm not bragging its facts. Fitness is like selling cars, if you can sell then you are gold. In my fourth year of working as a trainer and a manager, I realized that I had developed solid marketing skills.

 

As a manager I ran our social media account like I was a content expert. I grew our IG following to 850 followers in less than 6 months. The owners and I noticed that when we boosted our social media content, we got more clicks and traffic than the digital marketing agency that was assigned to us.

 

With the nudge of many people including my clients, they told me I needed to go to school for this stuff, so I headed to UNC Chapel Hill's Digital Marketing Boot Camp and the rest was history. Finally, after buckling down and getting my skills together I was able to marry my fitness industry skills and my marketing skills in one big 8-layer cake.
